Cover for driving abroad

This includes cover for driving in a number of European countries. The policy provides the cover shown in the policy schedule in any country in the territorial limits subject to you not exceeding 45 days in any one trip. Bennetts are unable to offer any cover outside the territorial limits of this policy.

Legal liability

For loss or damage: to other people’s property, causing injury or death to other people - the cover is limited to £20,000,000 for damage to property, and cover for injury or death is unlimited.

No Claims Discount Protection

Bennetts will not reduce your no claims discount unless you exceed the terms stated on your policy schedule - you must have at least 4 years No Claims Discount.

Legal Expenses

Underwritten by IGI Insurance and administered by ACM ULR PETERBOROUGH. Legal expenses cover to reclaim uninsured loss in the event of a non fault accident. Cover is limited to a maximum £100,000 indemnity. Any claims must be reported within 180 days. Any claim where the third party cannot be traced or identified.
